Interstate Basic Charges: Line charges apply only if we are dialing out.

Line charges: 2*64 - 2 lines = $31.00
                       128 - 2 lines = $31.00
                       384 - 6 lines = $93.00

There is a $45.00 Interstate fee per conference. This is only for ISDN connections.

Education Fee Waiver:
Not-for-profit entities can seek a fee waiver from DDN for programming they are providing via the DDN. The programming must be free to public and be educational or community development/betterment in nature. This must be required before the conference.
