DDN Public Rooms and Other DDN Sites

Our public rooms are in the blue font and can be scheduled at any time with the schedulers.

The other sites will need to get permission from that site before being added in to any conference.

DDN Sites

SITE COORDINATOR
            Customers are asked to contact site coordinators directly only for a few things, room availability and a time to learn how to operate there location equipment. For this reason, site coordinator’s phone numbers and email address are provided by the staff of DDN and on our web site. Site Coordinator are there to help customers with that site’s operations. There responsibilities are:

  • Serve as liaison between users and DDN staff
  • Returning phone calls to customers
  • Assist with remote testing & troubleshooting with Network equipment in coordination with DDN technical staff
  • Present 15 minutes before each scheduled videoconference in there studio
  • Make sure conference connects to the bridge properly
  • Instruct the customer on contact information during the conference
