             DDN tech staff can be reached during business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm cst at (605)773-3333. There is tech support during any scheduled conference throw DDN. We have a 1-800 trouble line that can be call during any scheduled video conference. The trouble number goes to our Mitchell tech support first then rolls over to the Pierre office when there busy with trouble calls. Our tech staff takes turns with night course and other video conference that go on after 5:00 pm cst and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm cst. Our trouble number is 1-800-567-8345.
